Picture of the day: Not Funny.

You Won't Believe This...

You can't Imagine where this Huge Python found cosier than any other place in this world and it decided to chill abit ignoring the crowd watching it! More Pictures and details in the cut below.
A 16 foot long Python in the bonnet of a car.
A Couple, Ms Swart, 38, and Mr Swanepoel, 51, visited Kruger National Park hoping to see Lions but instead of lions, they had a far more interesting encounter that caused much excitement and some shattered nerves!
In the park, the South African couple spotted a number of safari vehicles parked on the roadside so they joined thinking that it was lions that everyone had stopped to see but they were informed that there was a huge python in the grass.
Everyone watched as the snake suddenly sailed out of the grass to the couple's car.
The python disappeared underneath the car and for about two minutes later, everyone started laughing when it failed to reappear. So they built up the courage to open the car's bonnet and there it (snake) was chilling peacefully.
The python refused to move from its hiding place so the couple had to drive three miles to a lookout before they found a man with guts and experience, who carefully cajoled the python from the car.
The python eventually sailed away unharmed and luckily for the couple, there was no damage to the car.

HBC: If na for Naija, that day, some persons go chop Python Pepper-soup. Mmmmh delicious...hehehehe

Note!!!
The African Rock Python is the continent’s largest snake with females growing up to 16 foot long and males up to 14 foot.
The park dates back to 1898, when it was founded as the Sabie Game Reserve, in an attempt to control hunting in the area. It did not see a tourist until 1927, however – one year after it took on National Park status.
The Kruger National Park is the largest game reserve in South Africa and is home to some 114 reptile, 507 birds and 147 mammal species across 7332 square miles.
Each year about 950,000 people visit Kruger and 80 per cent of those visitors are South African.
