PROJECTLUSH in partnership with SILVER LINING FOR THE NEEDY INITIATIVE visited JAHI 2 community in Abuja on Saturday. In Jahi, the team gave-out 100 treated mosquito bed nets to pregnant women and nursing mothers and over 200 children under the ages of 5 were dewormed and administered vitamin drugs. Other Items denoted by the team during the "reach-out" exercise include clothes for women and children, shoes, snacks and clean water.  The team of vibrant ladies and gentlemen did all these as a their little way of giving back to community in the FIGHT AGAINST MALARIA to mark WORLDMALARIADAY on the 27th of April.

The Team had a meeting with the King of Jahi Community after the exercise. In the meeting, the King expressed his gratitude for what we have done to them and he also pointed out some of the problem and challenges his people are facing with the hope that the team will assist in those areas when next we comes.
