#WowTinzIn9ja: First Lady-Orders Arrest Of #BringBackOurGirls Protest Leader, Said No Is Missing

Nigeria's First Lady Dame Patience Jonathan
In the early hours of Monday, Nigeria's first lady Patience Jonathan ordered Naomi Mutah's arrest for alleged impersonation at a stakeholders' meeting held at the Presidential Villa.
Naomi Mutah is a deputy director at the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) in Abuja and she led the protests over the abduction of over 200 schoolgirls of Chibok, Borno State.

It was discovered at the meeting that Naomi wrote her name in the attendance list as Grace.
The first lady expressed anger that Naomi had claimed to be one of the parents whose daughters were abducted.

"Today, when I sighted her, I said within myself that we'll get to the conclusion today because one of those whose children are missing is here. But to my greatest surprise, when we asked her, she said she is a representative. She wrote down her name as Grace. A whole civil servant impersonating. She should be arrested for impersonation", Mrs Jonathan said.
The first lady therefore directed the Borno State Commissioner of Police, who was also summoned to the meeting, to take action on the matter, saying:
"You've to take this woman to I.G. and the President"

When interrogated, Naomi admitted her child was not among those abducted but that she was contacted to represent one of those persons (Mrs. Grace) expected to attend the meeting at the First Lady's conference room.

The First Lady while addressing the women said:
"So my sisters, you can all see that within them, they know what they're doing. With what is happening now, will you believe that any children got missing?
After which many women in attendance responded by saying "no", Mrs Jonathan continued:
"So, we, the Nigerian women, are saying that no child is missing in Borno state. If any child is missing, let the governor go and look for them. There is nothing we can do again. We'll now go spiritual. What we, women, should pray for now is the killings in Borno to stop. God will reveal them one by one. The blood of the innocent victims will come out and speak."

Hajia Saratu Angus Ndirpaya of Chibok town told AP that men of the State Security Service agents drove her and protest leader Naomi Mutah Nyadar to a police station on Monday morning  after they finished an all-night meeting at the presidential villa in Abuja with the first lady.
She said when they got to the station, police immediately released her but Nyadar was held back. She said during the meeting, Mama Peace (First Lady) accused herself and Nyarda of being part of Boko Haram and were working to rubbish her husband's government
"She told so many lies, that we just wanted the government of Nigeria to have a bad name, that we did not want to support her husband's rule. They said we are Boko Haram, and that Mrs. Nyadar is a member of Boko Haram".
She said as Dame Patience was accusing them, all the other women in the meeting were chanting "yes'yes". She said the first lady told them they had no right to protest and that Mrs Naydar who is deputy director of the National Directorate of Employment should resign.

HBC: Mama Peace, We (Nigerians) don't need this drama right now! Turning your back on the issue of these girls at this critical point will only make it seem like the pressure is getting to you and you are trying to bail-out. Arrest her for whatever and then keep digging till you get to the bottom of the matter!
