Update: On the Nyanya Motor Park Bomb Incident. (+ Photos)


-The Cowardly act that occurred in the early hours of today at the usually crowded bus section of nyanya park happened during rush hour as commuters were about to board buses and taxis to go to work in central Abuja.

-An eyewitness said he saw more than 50 bodies being removed from the scene.

-A combined team of security agencies, staff of NEMA (National Emergency Management Agency) and fire fighters are currently retrieving bodies and putting out fire at the scene.
It is believed that one of the buses, which was parked overnight at the motor park, was loaded with the bomb that went off this morning but an an eyewitness said it is a suicide bomb attack.

 HBC: Oh God Almighty, Show your Might on the perpetrators of this cowardly act. We beg you to give us better leaders, peace, unity and progress in our dear Nigeria. RIP to all the victims of this incident.

    Very awful. And very wicked. to think that I arrived abuja yesterday and there is a heavey presence of security in and around the town. Yet this happened. This goes to show that it is God that we need. God please intervene. Amen
